All use of the aforementioned logo and/or name is prohibited without prior and express consent from the owner.

The following conditions regulate the permitted use of the website with the URL www.synesi.eu, that the company SYNESI, with Spanish company number B86384336 and domiciled in C/ Pinar 5 in Madrid (Spain), makes available to users of the internet. The intellectual property rights of the website www.synesi.eu, design, navigation structure, data bases and different elements contained in it belong to SYNESI, that owns the exclusive rights to the use of them in any way and particularly, reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation rights.

These general conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.synesi.eu (hereafter ‘the Website’) that SYNESI offers free to its internet clients notwithstanding the special conditions concerning subscriptions or the sale of certain contents of the Website.

Nor does SYNESI endorse, sponsor or recommend them unless expressly stated otherwise.

The General Conditions contained herein are in accordance with Spanish law. SYNESI visitors to this Website and any person or company who uses or contracts any of the services offered within it, hereby expressly waive any other legal territory that may apply to them, notwithstanding other tribunals designated by law and are subject to the courts and tribunals in Madrid to resolve any matter that could arise from the interpretation, application and compliance with these conditions as well as complaints that may derive from use of the Website.
